Audiences at David's Australian concerts in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney were thrilled with his performances of the Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No 2 for two pianos with Melbourne pianist Rhodri Clark.
Liam Heitmann-Ryce-LeMercier from Limelight magazine was at the first concert in Melbourne on July 4 and his five-star review opened with " Helfgott undertook the opening performance of his Australian farewell tour in triumphant form."
