    From the fall of until mid, Odeen served as CEO of
    QinetiQ North American Operations, supporting the expansion of QinetiQ&#;s &#; a
    leading UK defense technology company &#; into the U.S. marketplace. He continues
    to serve on their U.S. Board. Prior to that, Odeen was chairman/CEO of TRW
    Inc., which was acquired by Northrop Grumman. Earlier, he ran one of TRW&#;s
